I'm going to change my website where actually I'm using VM3 to manage the products catalog. Well, now I need to keep the catalog mode for 3 of the 5 categories, while I need to start the e-ciommerce with the other 2. How can I do?

Use template overtrides selected by category to remove the add to cart elements from the product display for those catalog categories.
