Title: Alphabet of State/Province/Region field during creation of an account

Hello everyone,
in the page where I create an account of my shop, when I select Thailand as Country, the State/Province/Region is shown in Thai Alphabet. My website is intended for an international audience, so I would like to change it in the Latin Alphabet. Is there a way to do it?
My VM version is 3.04
Joomla 3.6.5

just change them in VM Admin->config->countries->Thailand->States

This way I can decide which countries to publish, as far as I can see. But how this could affect the Alphabet?

You can edit each of the state names, replacing the Thai characters with Latin.

Yeah, that's the problem though. As far as I know, but I could be easily be wrong, with Language Override I can change Constants. But no constants here, just 76 Thai Provinces. Written in Thai Alphabet.

They are all editable on the States of country Thailand tab!
