Title: Shopper Group lost on change of details

Hi

J3.6.5; VM 3.0.18

My use case is as follows.  I have a Business to consumer ecommerce site.  I also have a Customer Service Department that takes orders from customers over the telephone.  The Customer Services Department needs a separate payment method, which doesn't take the customner through 3D secure.

Until recently I had this organised so that the Customer Services agent took the call from the customer, added their purchases and then went to check out.  At that stage they would login to the site and were identified in the 'MOTO' Shopper group.

Then they would take the customers details - changing the Bill to and Deliver to addresses.  The issue now is that when I excute 'Save' on those details the Customer Service agent is immediately binned out of the MOTO shopper group and so loses access to the payment method that they need.

Has the configuration been subtely changed or do I have a bug in my system?
