Title: Paypal "Error with REMOTE IP ADDRESS"

I got the email which included the following message.
"2016-12-04 10:04:03 ERROR checkPaypalIps: Error with REMOTE IP ADDRESS = 173.0.81.1.
                        The remote address of the script posting to this notify script does not match a valid PayPal IP address

            These are the valid IP Addresses: The Order ID received was: 8EC2019
2016-12-06 14:50:43 ERROR checkPaypalIps: Error with REMOTE IP ADDRESS = 173.0.81.1.
                        The remote address of the script posting to this notify script does not match a valid PayPal IP address

            These are the valid IP Addresses: The Order ID received was: 4H26020"
I search the forum and found that some use have this issues, and they update the VM to solve this issues.
But I'm using the lastest version of VM.
How to fix it?

The same problem with the newest version today when creating refund on PayPal

Using what paypal version ? Core or external plugin ?
Using what VM version eactly ? Latest does not cut it ...
Using what Joomla version ? Latest does not cut it ...
Using proxy server ?
You have what error messages ?

You can turn off IP checking in the plugin if it causes you issues

VM will not validate the IPN against the known list of valid Paypal IPNs
