Hello,

there is a problem with setting VM-permissions.
I change permissions in admin panel, than click "Save", but nothing changed.

I tried to search a solution, but cannot to find it.

How to fix it? Maybe i've missed smth?

I had to manually add it the assets table first time in one site.
search for name com_virtuemart and in column "rules"
Try to add {} if it not work {"vm.managevendors":{"7":1}} for eg.

I came her to post about this exact same issue, I even had the screenshots ready...

Anyone found a "normal fix"?

FYI; joomla v3.6.4 and Virtuemart v3.0.14

There have been updates since VM3.0.14 so it is possible that your issue has been fixed already. Current stable version is 3.0.18 but some are already using VM3.0.18.5 on live sites (after checking that it works OK for them). If not using the default VM templates then see the last section in the news release: https://virtuemart.net/news/latest-news/477-release-of-3-0-18-connecting-the-loose-ends

Test any updates on a backup of your site first.
