How Do the emails look, theay are very similar, but exactly the same ?
Do You use overrides ?

Check under views/invoice/mail_xx.php

What was the first mail about ?

Where did that come from ?

Now there is another story ?

At what order statuses ? All statuses ? or only some ?

If You want help, then accurate infornation is very important, If You don´t have the time to describe Your problem, who Do You think will find the time ?

Have You checked the settings in configuration->checkout ?

If not, then then there is high time to do so ...

This sounds like a misconfiguration.

Sorry, but the batteries in my chrystal ball are running low.

I gave You something to check, have You even bothered to check this ?

I will make a last effort, then some one else is welcome to help You.

Can You send emails through joomla to Your clients ?

New install ?

Update ? In that case from what ?

Has it worked Before ?

Any custom template ?

Live site ?

Hi Jörgen,

It's a new live site.

This was the first time I've made tests in virtuemart.

When I register a client, the shop owner gets the emails, but the client nope. If I bought something with that client the shop owner gets all emails, but the client nope.

I'm using a Xenon template from virtuemarttemplates.com.

I think it may be a config problem, but I'm not reaching the solution.

Thks a lot for your help and tell me if you need more informations.

Then please show what You have chosen.

There is where You decide for which order STATUS emails are sent.

So far You have only told non sense.

I assume that the email addresses (vendor & shopper) are on different domains?

As it is basically Joomla that sends out registration emails I'd first check simple registration in Joomla. In Joomla's user manager delete your registered client, set user options to:
Allow User Registration:  Yes
New User Account Activation:  Self

Then publish Joomla's mod_login somewhere on your template and use it to register as your client. The client should receive the email from Joomla. If not then first check spambox on the client email, if not ehere you need to check Joomla mail settings.

You have probably a missing image file. Check displayed products categories and related products.

You will see a similar message in the backend for those items that miss their thumbnails or images.
