I got some weird characters in order confirmation emails, seems it no longer handles Danish letters Æ, Ø, and Å correct.
From the attached screenshot the streetname (Øverødvej) is weird because "ø" is replaced by "ø".
Only in some places though, the Ø is displayed correct in the shop address details in the top of the email.
In the backend orders it is all correct.

We have the same problem with french on some hosts.
Not all hosts.
For me, it's perhaps an escaping problem.
The input should not be escaped, but i don't checked the vm code when and if this is escaped at a moment.
Glad to hear I'm not alone with this problem, hope an update provides a solution soon.
Has anyone encountered other language specific problems with last version (I have not really had the time to check tbh.) ?

I don't think it is a vm problem.
But probably a problem with the the hoster. But i don't know how and what to fix
It was not a problem under 3.018.x (the stable version before 3.018.5), just checked my confirmation emails, so I suspect something changed with the latest release.
