Print Page - newbie with cart question

Ive set up a test product, but cannot get the price or tax info to show up in the cart - it's there on the product page.

Also, i have selected two payment methods but when I choose payment method in the cart, i get an error:
"We are sorry, no payment method matches the characteristics of your order. Please ."

I don't see where to add my PayPal account info either (when I go to the configuration tab in the paypal window, it just says "PayPal Payment Method: paypal" with no options.
