Hello VM Team,
I Have a very big problem since upgrade VM 3.0.16 vs 3.0.18
Plugin : VM Payment - Paybox
I have too much connection in the logs on server OVH
and OVH take my web site off
Everything is ok when I disables this plugin
But my clients can not pay
Do a quick solution to this problem?
Because the site is in production

Do you have PayBox related errors in your error log file on the server?
Maybe enable 'Debug' in the PayBox configuration temporarily and then check the PayBox log file for errors.

Are the ip numbers in your screenshot above 'post' or 'get' something from the PayBox server?
Not sure if this can cause such an issue, but if you have installed an SSL certificate on your domain, is that one of the sha256 type?

And hard to see how VM3.0.18 can have a bearing as the payment plugins are very self contained...

jjk is prob onto something:  port 443 is https .. are u using https?

and Paybox's cert is sha256WithRSAEncryption

On my website no SSL, just CDN activate
and not using https
Just RSFirewall but this IP its not in blacklist
But PayBox server adress yes https//tpeweb.paybox.com
194.2.160.82 is PayBox IP
I did not have this problem with version 3.0.16
and I did not see when I disable the plugin
In the web Log no Get or Post since 194.2.160.82

My IP on Web Log Screen shot = 90.61.131.84

Did you ask the Paybox service already if they can see what is going wrong?
Perhaps also wait for a reply from 'Alatak' in the french VM forum. She knows the PayBox plugin better than anybody else.
And maybe also add a link to your questions here in the french forum.

Since one of your screenshots shows many '304' redirects, perhaps try to set the Joomla system cache plugin option 'Use browser cache' to "Off" and check if that makes a difference.

Hello
@mulitisud:

Paybox has moved their datacenter, therefore the IPs have changed.
I gave you the solution here, meanwhile the fix is done in the code
