Maybe I'm blind :-)

I need a shopperfield visible for admins / shopadmins only.

Never had that before and didn't find the right solution.

can anyone help me pls.?

I guess just do it in the template

detect the user group and if admin show the field -- assume can only be done by code

You could use the attribute "read only" of a userfield and then use an override.
