i'm using joomla 3.6.2 and VirtueMart 3.0.16.
how can i modify the "Ask a question" form? I need to add in more fields to let customer to input other than just message.
Can anyone help me? ??? ??? ???
and also, the form din seems to send the email to my email address. Is there something i missed out setting them??
i have entered email address in the form itself (as a sender) and also already set up my email address at shopper information (as the store owner to receive, perhaps??).
and getting below message when i click on the send button.

I cnt find much supporting solutions for VM3.... feeling helpless.. :( :( :(
for some other problems, i found some suggested info, but mostly were advises on VM1 and VM2. The file structure were different with mine.
or should i downgrade to VM2? how should i do that? what should i do....
I downloaded kallyas theme that come with VM3 by default.
