hi using joomla 3.6.2, VM 3.0.16

I seem to remember in previous versions of virtuemart there was an option for the customer to add a note during checkout.

I need this functionality - can any please let me know how to add a 'add a note' function back into the virtuemart checkout?

there is no 'customer_note' option in my list of available shopper fields?!

ok I just created a shopper field text area and pinned to the cart - thnx!
