my Fancybox Popup is looking some strange - all in one line.

without a live url no one can help u with a styling issue.. but it will be css somewhere

The fancybox has no Format (and the pulldown for Login, too)
I`d like to have a Ask Qustion like in the VM Demo-Shop.
It is your template.. the form is over ridden and the html markup is completely different to the std vm form
it has left floated divs etc
remove the over ride
Also if u want no login then deselect only registered users can ask questions
