I am using the ups plugin from alatak and it works great. I need to be able to set a handful of local zip codes to a flat rate price. Is this possible and where would this edit be done at?

well, the std. weight plugin will do this (if non Can, NL and UK numeric) but u have to exclude or put up with UPS also offering a rate
or hack the UPS to ignore the required postcodes.. see the checkConditions() function in the UPS
