Print Page - short title/long title for Shopper Fields

Title: short title/long title for Shopper Fields

I think there is such option in old version of VM
In cart is displayed long title "apartment" but in confirmation e-mail you can display short title "ap."
There is no field for short title in Shopper Fields but there is other columns in database...
How to do it this?
