I am using latest virtuemart release.
I have MainCategory
-SubCategory1
-Subcategory2
I can't open subcategories. it gives me 404 error.
But when i turn off my SEF in joomla it's fine.

These are the settings i used to turn on SEF
I have turned on SEF in joomla, Allow url rewriting is turned on and htaccess.txt is changed to .htaccess

Can you please help

my virtuemart is 3.0.16
Sorry about the mistake.

I can open Main Category,
I can open Subcategory.
but i can't open sub category1

Example: - Main Category
- Sub Category
- Sub Category 1 (I get 404 error when SEF is turned on)
- Sub Category
- Sub Category

I tested it on j2.5 and j3.6 and works for me on both

yes i see products URL with cats/subcats so fine vm 3.0.17.4. Full url path route to products so works

I upgraded to 3.0.17.4 and it was upgraded successfully.
Still not able to open subcategory 1.

Menu path is \MainCategory\Subcategories\Subcategory1 (When i click subcategory 1 in subcategories it shows me 404.
