Title: applying rules to shoppergroups
Post by: kiasati on July 17, 2016, 09:28:06 AM
Hi

I have 3 shopper groups:
                                         1. Guest   (ANONYMOUS)     - i just renamed the ANONYMOUS shopper group
                                         2. User     (DEFAULT)            - i just renamed the DEFAULT shopper group
                                         3. Colleague                          - i made this shopper group myself

i wanna have a 20%-off rule for colleague shopper group,
and a 5%-off rule for User shopper group.

in product page i modify 2 prices, one for each shopper group.
but as you can see in the below picture, the rule that i applied for User shopper group (default), applies for all of them, and the rule that i applied for Colleague shopper group (that i made myself) doesn't apply.

what is the problem?
any help would be appreciated.

I mean that the displayed rules in back-end, is the rule affected by yourself.
The rules affecting always use rules  for you(admin), so you need to add a new user having the group 3. Colleague to test or simply change your admin account to shopper group 3. Colleague.
