Title: Additional filed in custom fields. Displayed it only in vendor confirmation mail

Hello
I am using cart custom field for size or color. There is 2 fields PRICE and VALUE.
Is there a custom filed with 3 or more fields.. I need additional filed where I can fill more info. I need something like MPN in custom field.. And I need to display this value only in vendor mail.
Is there a way for this?
