Or even some information regarding the payment plugin and version of VM you are using.
Look at the payment plugin you will then be able to add an override to the view that is shown after order completion
Place it in:
\templates\yourtemplate\html\vmpayment\paymentpluginame
all have latest version :)

the message comes from the payment plug.. but if we have to ask questions twice or 3 times ... well.... :-\
failing that look for the cart order_done.php
