I am using VirtueMart 3.0.16 and Joomla! 3.5.1
Since last Sunday I encountered an unusual issue where the cart /checkout page did not show products being added to the cart, despite the fact that the user clicked Add to Cart button in the category page and product pages. Before that, the issue did not show up last week and the check out procedure appeared working fine and normally until this week.
Also the payment option (it was set automatic to "Company Account") did not show as well.
Initially I thought this might be caused by script conflict, since the freelancer we employed for worked on the refinements of the rotating sliders in our website on Saturday. Or maybe is it related to database handle setting (at this stage it is set to database - and there's no option for "none").
I have attached screenshot to show what occured in the cart page.
Any suggestions in rectification or solution to fix the issue above is greatly appreciated.
90% it is a JS error.. without a live site url no one can help u further
