with problem.. all product images has slash WHY ??????

Probably wrong path in configuration for Product media

Should be without slash

images/stories/virtuemart/product/ > images/stories/virtuemart/product in config template image path.
Another error is // at the begin of path added by VirtueMart, but this should work

Check the path again, Show a screenshot.
Check the individual paths in each image you have

This sounds very wrong to me. Check for a mismatch
