I am having an issue with my logo in the Footer of the email/pdf template.
If the order is longer then a page the logo/image in my footer turns upside down?
VirtueMart 3.0.12.

I've got the same. A picture in the footer is upside down at the first page, at the second (last) page it's correct.
I don't know where to fix the problem!?!
I'm using VirtueMart 3.0.10, Joomla! 3.5.1

You should be using VirtueMart 3.0.16 with Joomla 3.5.1 - but as always test the update on a backup copy of the live site.

but any way i don't want update yet... (too much work ;)
so I think it's a problem somwhere in the core (not in the template). So if you can tell me where the pdf will be generated or how i can insert a picture at the bottom of every pdf will be great.
Currently i insert a text and a picture in the WYSIWYG - editor from the footer area.
Why is the picture at the first page up side down and at the last page (page 2) correct?

I made quite a few custom layouts for the invoice which you can find in the view folder "invoices", but never had any problems like that. Just tried on a test installation. It's fine.
So it might have something to do with a change in the core.
I would try to manually delete the tcpdf folder in the libraries and install the tcpdf component via extension manager again. Don't just update, remove the folder properly first. And disable all overrides in your template.
Otherwise what happens if you take a backup and try it locally or on another server?
