Title: Recaptcha-Nocaptcha location on Reg form

Hi, On user/shopper registration Recaptcha appears below the buttons Register and Cancel. How can I move Recaptcha above the buttons so that user validates captcha 1st and then get to hit a button. Print screen of the current layout attached.
