Hi,

We have a small number of customers who want to pay for goods by giving us their card details over the phone, or want to pay by direct bank transfer.

I've searched unsuccessfully for a payment method that would just show "Please contact us on xxx-xxx-xxxx to complete your order" and would leave the order Pending.

Anyone know of such a plugin ?

Standard plugin does just that.
