Print Page - 404 Page not found Error when not logged in

I am using VirtueMart 3.0.14 and Joomla 3.5.1

When no one is logged in and they select a product from the main menu which calls the "Products Detail Layout" for the item selected I get the 404 Page not found error. If you are logged in everything works fine.

Can someone explain what my issue is?

you must have a restricted menu to VM somewhere.. they must all be public
