Title: vmError: Couldnt create thumb, file not found
Post by: alex4842 on April 20, 2016, 08:50:33 AM
Hello, i have vmError: Couldnt create thumb, file not found problem. I have read a lot articles. I want to ask if is it relative to that i made an update of Joomla from 2.5 to 3.5 and VM2 to VM3. After i update i got this message. Also i made the update in a subdomain can it be that fault?  or it is about the name of the photo? because in the normal site the images are showing normal.

Hello

Have You copied the images to the new loaction? The migrater does not move the images. Subdomain should not matter.

The new location is the subdomain (the domain has the joomla 2.5 and vm2) and the subdomain is updated (vm3 and joomla 3)
