Hi

Is there a way that customers can select and add the products they want into the basket but instead of paying for the goods online as normal, they print out an order form to take to a cashier and then pay there.

Yes, just set the std payment plugin to no charge and the same with shipping. They can place an order and an invoice is generated which can be used as order form. You would need to override some language strings, but it is really easy to do.

Hi thanks for your answer.
I am new to VM and am having trouble finding the standard payment and shipping plugin options. If I go to the plugins there are no options in there.
Am I missing something?

pay and ship are set up in VM admin -> shop->
