Hi,
I have a problem: products don't appear in some categories. So its appear in one category but not in the other.

Joomla 3.5.1
Virtuemart 3.0.14
PHP 5.4.45

Suggest you update to VM3.0.16 - contains fixes to work with Joomla 3.5.1 but test on a backup of your site.

If that does not fix you problem then please explain it better and post a URL.

Is each product assigned to several categories or to just one? If each product is assigned to just one category, some categories are visible and other categories not?

• your product configuration (Product Information tab)
• the Product Categories List

It's very difficult for me to read the configuration in your language; so forgive me if I say some stupid thing.
Have you modified your URLs?
Some of them seem to be no longer valid...

I restored the original url. But something happened. When the Urls were wrong, the website was www.higieniacentrum.hu/index.php and in this case the products were in the correct category.,

I set language English for you, so I attechedd the screenshot in English.

Are you using some extension for URL rewriting?

Try to clear Joomla cache (System -> Clear cache), both Site and Administrator.

Can anyone else help me? I've tried the advices but nothing worked.

I'm sorry, but that is not the solution for my problem.
Yesterday I deleted all the bad categories and created new ones. After creating a category I checked if the products are shown. And they were shown. I was happy. But today I did nothing and the product lists from the category page disappeared again. I don't know what happened. The product is in the category:

but don't shown in the category page:

Quite strange. This behaviour makes me think to a sort of virus. But, first, check your configuration: Configuration -> Configuration -> Shopfront Settings.

Select the default template for your Shop: Use joomla default
Category Template: Use joomla default
Show Children Category: Checked    
Show Manufacturers: Checked
Cart layout: default
Category Layout: No override
Sublayouts for products in category: No override

If the system is set in a such way, does it work?

Sorry, I can't reproduce your error.
If you say that the behaviour changed with no modification, maybe there is something wrong in your PC or in your server.
