Hi,
I updated a clients website from joomla 2.5 to 3.4.8 (I have not get updated that site to 3.5.1) and I also updated Virtuemart and it is now on the latest version which is 3.0.16 however the Virtuemart Search Product module does not seem to be searching for the sku which it used to do on the clients old website. I have checked it numerous times and the settings are exactly the same. The client isn't happy that it does not have the same function. Is there a solution to this?

Have you set SKU as an option in VM Config/Product Order Settings/Available Search Fields ??

Can not find this setting....where is it ?
Just found it in Konfiguration / Einstellungen Produktsortierung
