Title: Joomla 3.5 ACL not working

Hello,

in a test installation I've updated to Joomla!3.5 (VM 3.0.14) and noticed that the ACL system no longer works.
I can alter the settings for all other extensions, but not for Virtuemart. Changes are just not accepted.
Can you please check that?

Hi,

The same problem for me with a VM 3.0.14. (I tested on a Joomla 3.4.8 and VM 3.0.14 and it works fine.)

It is fixed in VM3.0.16 (currently under final pre-release testing)
