Title: custom fields
Post by: rfilgueiras on March 31, 2016, 20:34:06 PM
 Hello,

I would like to do something similar to this website: http://luck-bike.es/es/mtb/338-invictus.html#/entresuela_correccion_plantar_pie_izq_-0/horma_izquierda-verde_stardard/talla_pie_izq_-37/talla_pie_dch_-37/alza_derecha-sin_alza/alza_izquierda-sin_alza/entresuela_de_correcion_plantar_pie_der_-0/horma_derecha-verde_stardard/correccion_dch-sin_correccion/correccion_izq-sin_correccion/suela-entresuela_fibra_de_carbono/color-naranja/metatarso_pie_izquierdo-ancho_normal/metatarso_pie_derecho-ancho_normal (http://luck-bike.es/es/mtb/338-invictus.html#/entresuela_correccion_plantar_pie_izq_-0/horma_izquierda-verde_stardard/talla_pie_izq_-37/talla_pie_dch_-37/alza_derecha-sin_alza/alza_izquierda-sin_alza/entresuela_de_correcion_plantar_pie_der_-0/horma_derecha-verde_stardard/correccion_dch-sin_correccion/correccion_izq-sin_correccion/suela-entresuela_fibra_de_carbono/color-naranja/metatarso_pie_izquierdo-ancho_normal/metatarso_pie_derecho-ancho_normal)

I have created several groups of custom fields and I would like to use  an accordion or a tab-pane (as you can see in the above website).

Could anybody help me?

Thanks in advance,
Rodrigo

the custom fields rendering is now over ride-able so its just a case of some slider jquery or similar

over ride components\com_virtuemart\sublayouts\customfield.php

Thanks GJC Web Design

But I always have worked with plugins through the back-end, not directly overriding a template. I think I can write code in php in a file, but how can use a plugin in the code? I can use a module as http://joomla.vinagecko.com/extensions/?extension=accordion_content or other similar, but i dont know as i can use it in a template. Can you help me?

Thanks,

but accordions are pretty std. jquery code .. just utilise it in the custom fields over ride

BTW .. what is the point of this?  Extra clicks to configure what they have to configure anyway... typical over egging of the pudding that seems to be in most web design now days..  :(

why not keep it simple and fast .. if they want entertainment there is Youtube etc  ;)
