Whilst testing the order form the "Notify Me button" did not work. it refreshes and says the info is saved but i cant see where, and it does not inform the buyer when product is back in stock

I saw a posting relating to v2.x and checked the virtuemart_waitingusers table but is empty there was a fiddly workaround but for version 2.x

Is there a workaround for version 3.0.12 or a plug in i can use to manage the process??

Hi Hapless,

it is working fine for me on 3.0.12, when a user submits the notify form his email is stored in virtuemart_waitingusers.

Now if you go in the product edit page and select the tab "Product Status" you will see some new options and a list with the users that have used the notify me feature for this product.

I just saw it working WOOT WOOT

is there an option to get it to email the store owner that a customer is waiting to be notified. I run a small store and i would like to offer other similar products that may or may not be in the store
