Hi
I am struggling after the upgrade of my site to get 3 items per row again.
For some reason did the VM3 upgrade change the number of items per row to 1 ...
VM-menu-categories front end are set to 3 and that is working fine
If I add the top 10 articles than they are added only 1 per row and in a large format ...
Any suggestions where to look ?
Thanks in advance again
Adriaan
"VM-menu-categories" what do you mean by that?
"add the top 10 articles than they are added only 1 per row and in a large format" is that on the VM homepage display? Or using a VM product module?
Are you using default VM templates?
URL?
have u set the required number per row in the VM admin config?
This can also be over ridden on a cat basis per cat
Hi Kelvyn
This is my OTA page:
www.adriaanvoeten.nl/Noorsetrui_OTA/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&views=categories
The VM homepage is working great :
The (non default ) template is working good on 2.6 and hope I may not need to upgrade the template ;-)
Once this is solved I will upgrade to J3 latest
Hi,
this seems to be caused by the template or the settings for the template. At first check the template settings - go to VirtueMart Configuration and open Templates tab. Change a setting for 'Category Layout' option (Shopfront Settings area).
Also, go to PRODUCTS CATEGORIES (left VirtueMart menu) and open any category. Find Details area on bottom and change the setting for 'Category Template'.
Thanks
also the menu views=categories has been depreciated for I forget how long.. 2 years?
Change your menus to the "category" view
Nope no of your great suggestions are doing the trick ... so I most likely will rebuild the template using bleez3 as a appropriate starting point ...
