Title: No more notification for checkout after upgrade.

Hi everybody,
I have migrate a J2 -> J3 and VM2 -> VM3 (first, VM and after Joomla.
All is fine and working well.
The only thing is this : i receive all the emails notifications (new customer, security, system, etc..) but i don't receive the email with the notification anymore (even if i received a email from Paypal to tell me i have a customer who have payed something).

I check the configuration and all seems ok.
Any clue ?

it can only be config.. there is an emails tab now and settings in the payment plugins

also no more pending emails

The Email tab is in VM Configuration  What is the order status returned from PayPal?
