Hi All,
This is my first post, probably the first of many as my dev is always busy, so im trying to learn.
I have an issue whereby i cant remove the need to check the terms box in checkout, i just don't want it there, (terms are on a dedicated page on the site).

i have removed the requirement and display in the VM checkout settings. Got to cart, the requirement message is gone. All good.

BUT THEN, if you confirm the order it wont let you pass! Message at the top of the page says 'Please read and confirm terms of service'.
Its like its gone, but still there. :-\

Im using the latest Joomla and VM3

any help appreciated

how do we know you know what the latest is? happens over and over

anyway.. have you unpublished the two fields in the VM shopper fields?
