Title: Is there component for VirtueMart Loyalty club for shoppers?

Hello, I need to create some discounts for single users and are buying from the website many times. Is there component that create rules for discounts for users?
I mean, if he purchase products with total sum of the orders higher that 1000 euro to have 10% discount and etc.?
