Title: No mail on confirmation to the customer

Hi,

i have a VM3 setup (very basic) and when i confirm the order it doesnt send the mail to the customer.

What am i doing wrong. I setup in config --> emails

do the basic checks.. does the contact form send mail?
spam checked?
double checked assigned vendor email?
manually confirm order in admin.. do u and customer get the mail?

payment plugins are where the mail is triggered

Yes thanks it worked. but the funny thing is on the URL the first product the add to basket doesnt work.

what could it be
