I'm currently working on a Tour shop. Each product represent a tour, the quantity represent a tourist.
What I'd like to do might be complicated -
I want the shopper fields to update with each product quantity, such as this:

Whenever buyer choose 5 products, he will fill his friends details. 5 tours (products) means 5 people on it.
Doesn't have to be quantity related, could just be a separate option that will fit into order's details.
Haven't found an extension for that, I guess it would drag me through some core hacking. Any suggestions or experiences?

This is not a typical userfields plugin, but a product customfields plugin because this have to be associate by product.
