Hi,
I wonder if there is a way to limit backend access to VM orders only - lets say you have someone who takes care of orders, but you do not want them to have access to other settings in Joomla! and products...
is this possible please?
See http://docs.virtuemart.net/manual/general-concepts/185-administrative-frontend-access-with-acl.html
Hi Jenkinhill,
thanks for a guide...however, I am struggling with it for an hour now and still user who is in Joomla access group obsluha (new one) cannot login to administration...even though I set everything like this in Joomla:
1. User Obsluha is assigned to a usergroup Obsluha that has access level Obsluha
http://imtp.me/agcw02lj3.p
2. Usergroup obsluha is child of Registered level.
http://imtp.me/agcx02lj3.p
http://imtp.me/agcy02lj3.p
3. Group Obsluha has Access to Administration interface allowed> http://imtp.me/agcz02lj3.p
4. In Virtuemart - Shop - Permissions:
tab Permission - Obsluha: Access to admin allowed, VM manager allowed: http://imtp.me/agd002lj3.p
tab orders for obsluha: all allowed: http://imtp.me/agd102lj3.p
I just don't understand, why user obsluha cannot even access backend...:(
what if obsluha is also assigned TO the registered group?
Same issue, only with super user it lets it in
into what? Joomla or VM?
Joomla generally...
