Print Page - Cannot upload picture to category and product

Title: Cannot upload picture to category and product

I am using Virtuemart 3.0.12 and already filled in some categories and products. All of a sudden I cannot load new pictures to a category or products. When I try to upload or renew a picture it goes to a blank website and nothing is loading. Does somebody know what kind of problem I have?

I turn it on but it not solve the problem. The debug above shows this:
