Print Page - Adding 2nd image to product breaks template for that product details page

Title: Adding 2nd image to product breaks template for that product details page

VM 3 Joomla 2.5.28

Products images have been added and all is good. When attempting to add a 2nd product image it breaks the template layout. There is no header or styling or anything on page.
Any idea what could be causing this and if a 2nd image is available working option? Thanks for any help.
