Title: Confirmation Emails marked as Spam
Post by: xniickiidx on November 19, 2015, 17:46:50 PM
Recently the mainscan server for my confirmation email has filtered the email for an order out as spam. It's job is to scan emails for spam/virus/junk/bad emails and then to filter them depending on the outcome of their investigations.

How do I go about changing the order confirmation emails so they aren't marked as spam and are sent via normal mailservers? Does anyone have any advice on this?

Thanks in advance for any help. :)

We use SpamExperts server to filter mail with no issues and is near as dammit 100% accurate. Sounds like you have an oversensitive filtering issue, maybe giving too much credance to the reply to address?

Simple approach would be to whitelist your domain.

Well on Spamexperts we can log into the server control panel for each of our email accounts and access a whitelist manager. For your system I have no idea.
