change quantity isn't working! when i click, it's a link ,anybody know how to fix??

Most likely a template of js problem, so test with Protostar.

i have changed to Protostar,it's working.but display bad,do you know how to fix,the Increase reduction button have word background,it's a link,I can move website online

It it worked with Protostar then it is a problem with your Joomla/VM template - check with your template developer.
