Hi guys,

Can i sent a message to my customer when i sent out a shipping confirmation?

Yes - use the note option and add your note

Hello Meton

I have been using this since VM 1.1 and it works OK. It is not a automated function but it serves its purpose. It´s quite easy to include a tracking number when sending a message  on delivery. In VM1 this info was hidden from the customer and only appeared once in the e-mail. But in In VM3 the customer can chech the history and see what has been noted about the order. This is a great improvement in my eyes :)
