Print Page - TCPDF will not install

Title: TCPDF will not install

Along with other errors, TCPDF will not install on my Joomla 3.4.5 and VirtueMart 3.0.11.4 install

I get a 404 error when looking for it on Components,but it shows up in my
Extension Manager as installed.

Any Ideas?
