I am a Joomla! / VM neeb and need some help with the advanced shipping plug-in for virtumart. My issue is that when a customer adds an item in the cart and then selects a non-UK country the VAT will be changed so that the prices are odd looking and no VAT is added. Is this an issue with the VAT within the shipping rules? Or is it an issue with a setting else where? Should I set non-VAT countries to have VAT to off-set this? Please excuse any ignorance on my part but like I say VM and Joomla! are all new to me.
