Post by: jorgepracticum on October 14, 2015, 18:21:00 PM
Hi
I installed this component as the guide sais. But after install the com_virtuamart.3.0.10_ext_aio.zip generates a new menu in the top of the administration configuration. But when i click it, my browser console sais this:
QuoteEmpty string passed to getElementById().       jquery.min.js:2:0
How can i fix this?
I'm using Joomla 3.4.4 and VM 3
Regards

That is is not an error.  We should not have to keep saying this!  See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=127043.msg435441#msg435441

Mmmm
So this extra menu is for nothing?

Are you referring to the virtuemart-aio component menu item or to the Additional VirtueMart drop down menu ( VM - Administrator Module )? If the module then maybe you have a failed install or something preventing it from working? It can easily be diasbled in VM module manager.

I'm referring to the Additional VirtueMart drop down menu ( VM - Administrator Module )
I can't disable the module because the module doesn't appear in the extensions list
When i try to access to Extensions -> VirtueMart - aio, I have a 404 error that says that the component doesn't exist, but I can access to the installation folder in /administrator/componentes/com_virtuemart_allinone/
When I installed it and when I tried to reinstall it, there weren't any error message
I don“t know what can it be failing...

The VM menu mosdule is in Joomla's module manager, but as it is a backend module you should change the filter from site to administrator.

It does sound as if your aio component is not properly installed.  As I said already the aio menu link is a 404.  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=127043.msg435441#msg435441

if your plugins and modules work -- then its installed.. if not it isn't!

If unsure just re-install .. what's the worst that could happen?

Yeah
The other plugins and modules work properly
I re-installed it so many times and it doesn't fix the problem
So I think that this is solved

I highly doubt anyone has understood what the "problem" is or even if there is one...
