Hello sir,
i have using Joomla! 3.3.1 & VirtueMart 3.0.9 , i using PayPal getaway..
1) paypal and Cash on Delivery 2 option comes in payment method , but i disable to cash on delivery option , papal option also disable..

2) Product update & refresh button & delete button not there why???

3) please i have below attached my issue screenshot . explain the solution...

Hi,
First try with the Joomla default protostar template.
You have many chance this bug is from template.

Hi,
I think that for the product line missing button, this come form another loaded css.
For the standard paiment, have you unpublish this in Vm paiment methods?
If unpublishing this in VM do some trouble, then unpublish it in the Joomla plugins.
If you have always troubles then unckeck autoselect paiment option in VM config.
