Is it possible to hide or show payment methods dependent of the shipping method.
So if the shopper chooses for delivery they can't pay with cash and if the shopper chooses for pickup they can choose to pay with cash, iDeal or PayPal?

I think most use a bit of JS to hide/unhide....

I know that some other shop software has the ability to hide certain payment methods dependent on the shipping method.
JS isn't a intuitive solution for this.

Does someone use a plugin to solve this in VirtueMart 3.0.8?
