Hello we are thinking of purchasing Virtuemart but I have one question.
The main thing that we need it for is this this is a bit unusual so please bear with me:
Can we assign a prepaid amount to a user that would get billed to their company?
EX: Company A buy employee clothing from us, every time they get a new employee that employee gets a 800 dollar limit for clothing during the year with our site. when the employee logs in to our site and chooses their items up to 800, the bill goes to the company and the employee does not have to put in any billing information. If the employee goes over 800 the order is put on hold pending approval from the company.
Is virtuemart able to do anything like this?

Perhaps leverage the coupon system.. each employee gets a $800 coupon --- then some bespoke code perhaps to limit the cart to the applied coupon?
